Ellipse II & III

Celebrate with Harbour Flair.
On the 8th floor of our house the event room Ellipse II & III convinces with a fantastic view over the Elbe, harbour and city. With a unique maritime ambience the Ellipse II & III is the perfect location for a memorable wedding, a great birthday party or other events.

Enjoy the panoramic view on harbour, Elbe and city until the early morning hours and celebrate with up to 100 guests on 160m² or welcome 150 guests in the form of a reception. It is also possible to divide the Ellipse II & III so you can welcome your guests in one part and celebrate in the other.

FAQ about Conferences & Events

To the overview

  • Yes, each of our meeting rooms has natural light.

  • Yes, you are welcome to book the Tower Bar exclusively. The request is based to availability. Please contact towerbar@hotel-hamburg.de for your request.

  • We serve lunch in our restaurant Port, in the Hafen Diner or in the foyer of your meeting room, depending on the number of participants in the event.

  • Yes, we provide you with complimentary high-speed Internet (25Mbits/s). Alternatively, we offer you an upgrade on request (fee required)

  • Yes, there is a public underground car park with 61 parking spaces and another 25 parking spaces in the courtyard of the hotel. The charge is 25 € for 24 hours. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a parking spot in advance. The height and width of the driveway are 1,80 meters.

  • Yes, all prices include VAT and the Culture and Tourism Tax. The Culture and Tourism Tax also applies to business travellers in Hamburg from 1st January 2023.

  • Yes, we do offer hybrid events, a form of event that combines face-to-face events with virtual forms of communication. Our customised offer includes the right equipment and technical support to make your next meeting, seminar or conference enriching both on-site and virtually.   • The Hotel Hafen Hamburg has a total of 8 function rooms of various sizes. A combination of different rooms is possible as well.

  • Our meeting rooms can accommodate 2 to 400 people. For larger events, we will gladly inform you about a combination of our rooms.

  • Yes, we will gladly accept your package 2 days prior the beginning of your event. Please note down the events name and date on your package.

  • Yes, both houses belong to the same owner and are managed together. Therefore, we can offer you a combination of both houses for your event in the areas of function room and room. The hotels are only 400 meters apart.
