Dear guests,

The wait is over, because finally it's time to say again: Welcome to the port of Hamburg, welcome home! Full of anticipation, we opened our doors on 13 May and can hardly wait to welcome you back.

The quiet time in the past weeks was mainly used for renovation work and to prepare for the reopening. Our goal is to continue to be your place of well-being and safe haven for your visit to Hamburg. Therefore we have already implemented various safety and hygiene measures, conducted training courses and worked on offering you flexible rates for the near future, because we know how difficult travel planning can be at the moment. Here you will find detailed information about our breakfast offer, reservation and cancellation conditions, as well as answers to the most frequently asked questions.

For all those who missed our delicious burgers, there is good news. Our Hafen Diner is open Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 10 pm and looks forward to your visit! Willi's and our Tower Bar will remain closed for now.
