The centrepiece of the Hotel Hafen Hamburg are our employees. Constantly we are looking for new colleagues, who want to start with us in the common future. That's the reason why we developed in the past month our new career website.
With our career website we would like to present us as an employee and give all interested persons an authentic impression from the Hotel Hafen Hamburg and its values. We carved out the values in many different workshops and surveys with all our colleagues. So we pointed out, what is appreciated the most in the Hotel Hafen Hamburg.
Out of these we created a guideline, which we named our “DNA”. The DNA descripes shortly and concise our values and our mainly settings. Our aim is to create a unique employer brand with many identifications.
We decided to develop an image video, to show our values in pictures. This video represents us and the Hotel Hafen Hamburg. Have a look to the outcome and to job vacancies at our career website:
