The dessert: Pumpkin Pie

What would Halloween be without a sweet finale? We have the perfect recipe for you: Pumpkin Pie! This traditional American dessert is creamy, spicy and simply irresistible. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 pumpkin puree (from Hokkaido pumpkin).
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 eggs
• 200 ml condensed milk
• 150 g brown sugar
• 1 ready-made cake base

Instructions:

1. Boil and mash the pumpkin, then add the spices, salt and sugar.
2. Stir in the eggs and condensed milk and pour into the cake base.
3. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 45 minutes until firm.
4. Leave to cool and decorate with a spooky pattern of whipped cream.

The Drink: Red Bite

Immerse yourself in our world of spookiness and treats as a unique cocktail awaits you in our Tower Bar to enchant your senses. Gloomy figures and mysterious wafts of mist envelop the Tower Bar as the clocks strike midnight. In this spooky atmosphere, we have prepared a drink that will challenge the bravest - the "Red Bite" cocktail.

The ingredients:

• Cherry Heering & Strawberry Syrup in a syringe (approx. 3 cl each) to add "blood" to the drink.
• Cream 2 cl
• Lemon juice 1,5 cl
• Coconut cream 1,5 cl
• Passion fruit juice 5 cl
• Compagnie des Indes rum 3 cl

Preparation:

• Pour Cherry Heering and Strawberry Syrup into the syringe to create the "blood" effect.
• Pour the cream, lemon juice, coconut cream, passion fruit juice and rum into a shaker.
• Shake vigorously to blend the dark flavours
• Strain into a glass over ice and carefully add the "blood" from the syringe
