This year the rexx systems Recruiting Award has honoured marketing projects and campaigns in the field of human resources for the first time. We have developed a personnel marketing campaign, a long-term project with a lot of commitment and joy. Therefore, we have joined the recruiting award.
The foundation of the campaign was based on workshops and surveys with our staff which has helped us to find out our personal strenghts as an employer. At the end we have created a totally new web presence including a new imagevideo and a new carreer website. Take a look at: https://karriere.empire-riverside.de
With our new campaign we have won the 5th pleace! In the end our project has convinced bot, our employees and the jury!
