Hamburg, 15.05.2024
It is impossible to imagine our city without the harbour of Hamburg. Without it, our hotel would not even exist, as it was originally a sailor's home in the immediate vicinity of the piers. From 9th May to 12th May 2024, you could stroll along the colorful harbor mile, enjoy free live music or marvel at the many ships that paid us a birthday visit.
But it wasn't just the ships that were the stars of the event. Various show highlights were sure to delight visitors, including the popular tugboat ballet, in which the captains skilfully danced their boats on the Elbe river. The "Elbe in Concert" anniversary show, with its performances, musical acts and spectacular fireworks display at the end, ensured a great atmosphere. The AIDA Cruises also returned on Saturday evening with their breathtaking drone illumination.
Those who wanted the best view of the action came to our Tower Bar. From there you could enjoy the 835th Harbour Anniversary to the fullest with a delicious cocktail in your hand, great service and good company. Would you also like to enjoy the 360° panoramic view over the harbour?

We also say "Bye and see you next time!" and would like to thank all the visitors who make the event something very special every year.
