On 13.02.2024 and 14.02.2024, the time had finally come.
After the enthusiastic idea of developing shared values for the Hotel Hafen Hamburg and our younger sister hotel, the Empire Riverside Hotel, had already emerged from our hotel management in 2018, the long-awaited moment was now realised. Our values were proudly presented to our colleagues.
Read moreThe values were presented by our department heads from our hotels, which they had developed together on a joint trip to Brunsbüttel in summer 2023.
Our colleagues were able to actively participate at the respective value stations and express their own opinions and wishes. They also learnt how the hotel values were created and what others understood them to be. This not only increased the sense of togetherness, but also enabled new contacts to be made.
At the end, there was a little sweet surprise for the colleagues as a thank you, which they could take home with them or eat straight away.

Our values groups provided space for discussion, but also for informing and being creative.

During a short break, our employees had the opportunity to talk to each other and make new contacts, as well as to take in and discuss their initial impressions of the workshop.

As a successful conclusion to the workshop, our colleagues received a selection of small chocolates decorated with our company values as an expression of our appreciation. The chocolates were not only very tasty, but also provided a memento.
